எளிய முறையில் முருகனை வழிபடுதல். (சேந்தன் - கௌமாரம் இணைய ஆசிரியர்) இறைவனை 'முருகன்' வடிவில் உணர்வதே 'கௌமாரம்'. இதனை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு, முருகனை வழிபட்டுவந்தால் இறைவனின் தத்துவம் படிப்படியாக விளங்கும். எளிய முறையில் முருகனை வழிபடுவது எப்படி எனப் பலர் என்னைக் கேட்டுள்ளனர். என் அனுபவத்தில் நான் முருகனை-இறைவனை உணர்ந்துகொண்ட வழியை இங்கே தந்துள்ளேன். இதற்கான நேரம் சுமார் 15 நிமிடங்கள். ஒரு நாளைக்கு ஒரு முறையாவது இதனைச் செய்துவருவது நல்லது. இதனை நேரம் பார்க்காமல், ஓய்வு கிடைக்கும்போது - எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் செய்யலாம். இதனை தொடங்குவதற்கு முன்னால் எந்த இடையூறும் இல்லாமல் பார்த்துக்கொள்ளவேண்டும். (உதாரணம் - கைத்தொலைபேசி, இரைச்சல் தரும் கருவிகள் போன்றவை.) 1. உடலை தூய்மையாக வைத்திருக்கவேண்டும் - கை-கால்களையும் முகத்தையும் குளிர்ந்த நீரால் சுத்தம் செய்வது அவசியம். 2. ஒரு முருக உருவப் படம் அல்லது முருக சிற்பம். இது இருக்கும் இடத்தில் வேறு உருவ(ங்கள்) இல்லாமல் இருப்பது உகந்தது. 3. உட்கார்ந்துகொள்ள இருக்கை - நாற்காலி. தரையில் அமரவேண்டும் என்ற கட்டாயம் இல்லை. 4. காலணி இல்லாமல், எளிமையான ஆடைகளை அணிந்திருக்க வேண்டும். 5. கொஞ்சம் விபூதி. கீழ்க்கண்ட பாடல்களைக் கேட்பது அல்லது இணைந்து பாடுவது சிறப்பு. தயவுசெய்து இந்தப் பாடல் வரிசையில் (முறையில்) வேறு எந்த மாற்றமும் செய்யவேண்டாம் - இது முக்கியம். இங்கே இருக்கும் அனைத்துப் பாடல்களின் ஒலிவடிவங்களையும் இந்தப் பக்கத்தில் உள்ள ஒலிவடிவப் பகுதிலிருந்து பதிவிறக்கிக் கொள்ளலாம். சுமார் 9 நிமிட ஒலிவடிவம். |
============= வழிபடும் முறை =============== 1. முருகனின் உருவத்தை சுமார் 20 வினாடிகள் பாருங்கள். 2. இரு கைகளையும் கூப்பிக்கொண்டு, இதனை கற்பனை செய்யுங்கள்: ஒரு மலர்ந்த தாமரைப் பூ. இது உங்கள் இதயத்தில் இருக்கிறது. அந்தப் பூவில் முருகனின் திருப்பாதங்கள். இவற்றில் சிலம்பு, சதங்கை, தண்டை போன்ற ஆபரணங்கள் உள்ளன. (இதனை சுமார் 20 வினாடிகள் கற்பனை செய்யுங்கள்.) 3. பிறகு, இவற்றை படிக்கலாம், கேட்கலாம், இணைந்துப் பாடலாம். 'ஓம் சரவணபவ ஓம்' என்று மூன்று முறை, 'அருவமும் உருவமாகி' என்ற 'கந்த புராண'ச் செய்யுள், 'கௌமாரம் தலைப்புப் பாடல்', பொருளுக்கு 'ஆடும் பரிவேல்' எனத் தொடங்கும் 'கந்தர் அனுபூதி'ச் செய்யுள் 1, பொருளுக்கு 'அதிருங்கழல்' எனத் தொடங்கும் திருப்புகழ் 303, பொருளுக்கு '_***_ ' , 'ஏறு மயில்' எனத் தொடங்கும் திருப்புகழ் 1328, பொருளுக்கு 'உருவாய் அருவாய்' எனத் தொடங்கும் 'கந்தர் அனுபூதி'ச் செய்யுள் 51, பொருளுக்கு 'ஆறிரு தடந்தோள்' எனத் தொடங்கும் 'கந்த புராண'ச் செய்யுள். 4. இவற்றை முடித்தவுடன், "இன்பமே சூழ்க ... இன்பமே சூழ்க நல்லோர் வாழ்க ... நல்லோர் வாழ்க" "வெற்றிவேல் இறைவனுக்கு அரோகரா". பொருளுக்கு --- என்று சொல்லிவிட்டு, 5. முகத்தை சற்று உயரப் பார்த்தவாறு, கண்களை மூடிக்கொண்டு, முருகனின் உருவத்தைக் கற்பனை செய்துகொண்டு நெற்றியில் விபூதி அணியவேண்டும். 6. மேலே இருக்கும் 1, 2 ஆம் வரிகளில் செய்தவற்றை மீண்டும் செய்யவேண்டும். ============= பூர்த்தி =============== |
நேரம் இருந்தால், '_***_' என்ற இடத்தில் வேறு திருப்புகழ் பாடல்(களை)யும் இணைத்துப் பாடலாம். கௌமாரம் இணையத்தில் திருப்புகழ் பட்டியலில் 'பச்சை'ப் புள்ளியிட்ட 'முருகனுக்கான' திருப்புகழ் பாடல்களைப் படித்து, பொருள் உணர்ந்த பின்னர், அவற்றில் ஒலிவடிவு(கள்) இருந்தால் உங்களுக்குப் பிடித்த வடிவில் கேட்கலாம் அல்லது இணைந்துப் பாடலாம். பொருளை உணர்வதே 'கௌமார'த்தின் முக்கியக் குறிக்கோள். சில முக்கிய விளக்கங்கள்: இரு கைகளின் தத்துவம் - ஒரு கை பரமாத்மா-இறைவன். ஒரு கை நம் ஆன்மா-உயிர். இவை இணைந்திருப்பதே 'அத்வைத்தம்' - இதுதான் முருகன் தத்துவத்தின் குறிக்கோள். முருகனை வழிபடும்போது கைகளை தனித்தனியாக விரித்து வழிபடுவது தவறு. பொதுவாக 'வெற்றிவேல் முருகனுக்கு அரோகரா' என்று சொல்வதைத்தான் கேட்டிருக்கிறோம். எப்போது இறைவனை 'முருகன்' உருவில் நினைக்கின்றோமோ, 'வெற்றிவேல் இறைவனுக்கு அரோகரா' என்று சொல்லலாம். முருகனுக்கான திருப்புகழ் பாடல்கள் - 6வது எண் பாடலான 'முத்தைத்தரு' என்று துவங்கும் பாடலிலிருந்து 1334 எண் பாடல் வரை. பாடல் இணைப்புகள்: திருப்புகழ் கந்தர் அனுபூதி கந்த புராணம் |

A simple method for Murugan Worship. (by SEynthan - Webmaster, Kaumaram.com) 'Kaumaram' is Realization of God in 'Murugan's Form. When Murugan is worshipped with this understanding, the Devotee can 'realize' the Philosophy of God progressively. Friends have requested me for a simple method to worship Murugan. I present below, the method by which I have realized Murugan, i.e. God. The duration for this procedure is about 15 minutes. It is advisable to do this at least once daily. You can do this anytime - whenever you get a break. You must ensure that there are absolutely NO interruptions/disturbances for the duration. (Example - cellphone and other noises.) 1. Keep the body clean - it is necessary to wash your hands, feet and face with clean/cool water. 2. A picture/image of Murugan or Murugan figure. (It is best NOT to have other image(s) in view.) 3. Convenient seating. There is no compulsion to sit on the floor. 4. Wear simple clothes, without shoes. 5. A little 'vibUthi' (Holy Ash). Listening and or singing along with the songs is highly recommended. IMPORTANT - Please DO NOT make any changes to this order of songs. ============= Procedure for Worship ============= 1. Look at the image of Murugan for about 20 seconds. 2. Clasp both hands and imagine the following: Imagine a blooming lotus flower. It is in your heart. Murugan's Holy Feet are on the flower. There are ornaments such as anklets, salangai, and thandai on those Feet. Imagine this for about 20 seconds. 3. Then hear/read or sing-along the following: 'Om Saravanabava Om' three times, 'aruvamum uruvamAgi' a verse from 'Kandha puraNam', 'Kaumaram theme song', for meanings 'Kandhar AnubUdhi' verse 1, beginning with 'Aadum parivEl', for meanings Thiruppugazh 303 beginning with 'adhirung kazhal', for meanings '_***_', Thiruppugazh 1328, beginning with 'ERumayil ERi', for meanings 'Kandhar AnubUdhi' verse 51, beginning with 'uruvAi aruvAi', for meanings 'AaRiru thadanthOL' a verse from 'Kandha puraNam'. 4. Upon completion of the above, "inbamE sUzhga ... inbamE sUzhga nallOr vAzhga ... nallOr vAzhga" meanings "May Happiness Surround (us) ... May Happiness Surround (us) May the Good Live ... May the Good Live." "vetrivEl iRaivanukku arOharA". for meanings 5. Then, take some 'vibUthi' with your fingers, tilt up your head a little, close your eyes, imagine Murugan's image and wear the 'vibUthi' on your forehead. 6. Time permitting, you may include other 'Thiruppugazh' songs in the part marked '_***_'. All Thiruppugazh songs are listed in Kaumaram website. You may select from the 'Murugan' Thiruppugazh songs marked with a 'green dot', read and understand the meanings, then if available, select the audio which you are comfortable with, and read/hear and/or sing along with the audio. Knowing and understanding the meanings is very important in 'Kaumaram'. Some important notes: The philosophy of the two hands - one hand is ParamAtma - God, the other hand is our AtmA or Soul - life-force. Clasping both hands together signifies 'Advaita' (oneness with the Supreme) - this is the fundamental message in Murugan philosophy. When practicing Murugan Worship, the hands MUST NOT be held open. Generally we hear 'vetrivEl Muruganukku arOharA'. When we begin to imagine God in the Form of 'Murugan', we can confidently say 'vetrivEl iRaivanukku arOharA'. 'Murugan' Thiruppugazh begins at song 6 'muththaiththaru' onwards to 1334. For meanings of these songs you can click on their respective links.
